We are set up to ship to most of the world. (Note; shipping is calculated and added

with UPS registered and insured
delivery, our prefered shipper.
The are various companies available for shipping but we find UPS the most reliable.

What
about Tax, or import duties?
Prices shown exclude sales tax, If
you choose to ship inside the European union then French sales tax (19.6%) is
automatically added at check out. If you choose to ship outside the EU no tax is
added but import tax will be requested by your own country.
How
long does it take to make a custom board?
About three weeks after receiving your order and
graphics. Split boards could take four weeks.

is a custom board better than any other?

it’s designed to suit just one rider. You!

Yes, one year manufacturing garentee.

can I see a board?
See our list of distributers at the bottom of the page. UK shops will be selling
2007/08 boards from 1/11/07, French shops will be selling 2007/08 boards at the
beginning of their season.
Can
I test a “Jay class”?
Our French distributors have test models.
Can
I test a custom board?
Unfortunately
not.
What is 1% for the planet and Magic potion?
Windlip are enviromentally inclined and we are proud to be finishing our boards with Magic potion eco wax and to have joined the "One percent for the planet" organisation.
